Welcome to JJ International Education Consultants. By accessing or using our services (including university applications, visa consultancy, career counseling, and document processing), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Engagement & Confirmation

  • Engagement begins once a student or guardian signs a service agreement or pays the initial consultation/processing fee.
  • All consultancy services are subject to the student meeting the academic and English language requirements of the respective educational institutions.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided (academic transcripts, identity documents, and financial statements) is accurate and authentic.

2. Payment Terms

  • Service fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule before the processing of university applications or visa filings.
  • Third-Party Fees: Prices quoted by JJ International Education Consultants generally cover our professional service fees only. Fees for university applications, courier charges, visa application fees (embassy fees), medical examinations, and English language tests (IELTS/PTE) are the responsibility of the student and are subject to change by the respective authorities.
  • Payments are accepted via [Cash/Bank Transfer/Online Payment].

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Consultation and processing fees paid to JJ International Education Consultants are generally non-refundable once the application process has been initiated with the institution or embassy.
  • University Fees: Refunds of tuition fees or deposits paid directly to universities are governed strictly by the refund policy of that specific institution.
  • Administrative fees may be deducted for any approved refunds. Refund processing may take up to [Number] business days.

4. Admission & Visa Services

  • No Guarantee: While we provide expert guidance, JJ International Education Consultants does not guarantee admission to any institution or the approval of any visa. Admission and visa decisions are at the sole discretion of the respective University and the Embassy/Immigration Department.
  • Liability: We are not liable for visa rejections, delays in processing by the embassy, or changes in immigration laws that may affect your application.
  • Document Integrity: Submission of fraudulent or altered documents will result in immediate termination of our services without a refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Health & Student Insurance

  • Most destination countries require international students to have valid Health Insurance (e.g., OSHC for Australia).
  • It is the student's responsibility to ensure they have the required insurance coverage before departure. JJ International Education Consultants is not liable for medical costs incurred by the student.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • We act as a facilitator between the student and third-party entities (Universities, English Testing Centers, Embassies). We are not responsible for the acts, errors, or changes in policy made by these third parties.
  • We are not liable for any financial losses arising from a student’s failure to meet deadlines, attend interviews, or provide requested documentation on time.

7. Student Responsibilities

  • Authenticity: You must provide truthful and complete information regarding your academic and financial background.
  • Compliance: You are responsible for complying with the laws and student visa conditions of the destination country (e.g., work hour limits, attendance requirements).
  • Deadlines: You must adhere to the timelines provided by our consultants to ensure successful application processing.

8. Changes by the Company

  • JJ International Education Consultants reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to change our service fees based on changes in international education regulations or operational costs.

9. Data Protection & Confidentiality

  • All personal documents, including passports and academic records, will be handled with strict confidentiality.
  • By using our services, you consent to JJ International Education Consultants sharing your data with relevant educational institutions and visa authorities for the purpose of your application.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh . Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
